Life is to be lived to the fullest! Whether on the playing field, in business or with one's family one should give their all. Live life with no regrets. Having lived my life this way it is my desire to help others do the same, coaching them to live a successful life, in all areas.

My wrestling career culminated in 1978 when I became an All American Division II Wrestler. As two time captain of the SCSU Wrestling Team we went undefeated in dual meets.
It all began in seventh grade when my junior high coaches taught me to give my all, to leave everything on the mat so win or loose, I had no regrets.

One in 100,000, that's what was accomplished by becoming an Amway Diamond in 1992, and requalifing for fourteen years straight.

Family
My greatest accomplishment is my wonderful family.
Julie and I have been married for 35 years and have five great kids. There is nothing better as a Father than to know all are doing well and fulfilling their potential And after all these years I still coach kid teams. This my first year as head coach of a 4th grade football team, and we outscored our competition 190 to 6. It's my goal to help others have not just one winning season, but season after season.
